Hi, I’m Elle (L-E): Your Family’s Storyteller

As a mum, I know how challenging the first few weeks of having a new baby can be. You’ve got enough on your plate without worrying about how you’re going to remember these moments or find a way to get everyone in one picture.

I aim to create relaxed, stress-free photo sessions where you’re allowed to just be. We’ll capture the details you want to remember most and have a nice chat and cuppa along the way.

How the process works

SCHEDULE A CALL

A phone call is the quickest, easiest way to discover if we’re going to be the right fit for each other. We can go over all of the details, preview some full galleries, and answer any questions. There’s no obligation to book anything, just a friendly and relaxed chat about how we can work together.

RELAX DURING YOUR SESSION

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll soon be documenting some magical moments. I’ll email you my prep guide to help you get ready for your relaxed and cosy newborn photo session. I’ll guide you through some natural poses and you get to have all the baby cuddles.

03.

Private online gallery for easy viewing & downloads

About 2-3 weeks after your session, you’ll receive your full online gallery. You’ll be able to download the images that came with your booking or purchase more digitals and physical print products from the shop.

Your Questions Answered

Wear what makes you feel most comfortable and confident! You can prep a couple different outfits for baby or consider if you want any skin-to-skin photos or simple muslin wrapped photos. For a full guide of what to wear, read the post on my blog.

Newborn sessions typically take place in the comfort of your own home. However, some people prefer an outdoor or studio environment. Please note that a studio photoshoot will incur additional costs.

My typical turn around time is 2-3 weeks.

Yes, absolutely! A newborn baby is as much a transition for your older kids as it is for you. And how lovely to be able to document some of their first moments together!

Ideally, newborn photoshoots are booked sometime during your second or third trimester of pregnancy. If you’re wanting to add on a pregnancy photoshoot, the sooner the better. Learn more about when to book a newborn photoshoot here.
