This baby shower at Lost and Found on Ecclesall Road in Sheffield was such a joy to photograph. Family and friends were all gathered to celebrate one mum-to-be, G.
Everything was organised and arranged by the mum-to-be’s mother. It was all a surprise–including me! I arrived at Lost and Found a little early to photograph some of the decor and arrangements the family created. I was there when G walked into the restaurant (blind folded) to be surprised by all her waiting guests.
I love that for this baby shower G requested all the guests wore neutral colours as she didn’t want to know the sex of the baby or have any kind of gender reveal (which I was so grateful for).
I photographed guests, a few classic baby shower games like “guess the baby’s weight/hair colour/etc,” and some opening of the presents. The dad-to-be arrived a little towards the end to give his well wishes and open presents as well.
