Baby I

I absolutely adore in-home sessions. They are my favourite because they are more representative of real life and possess that authenticity that is hard to capture in a studio setting. Moreover, you’re likely to be more at ease in your own home and become more comfortable in front of the camera. So, I totally advocate in-home sessions to my clients, especially with newborns. No hassle of packing the car and remembering to bring things you might need. It’s already there for you in your own home.

Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.

I was so excited when J reached out to me for newborn pictures. I had the pleasure of photographing her maternity session at Winkworth Arboretum and equal pleasure documenting the newest addition to her family. Baby I slept most of the time, waking up occasionally to cry for milk. We spent the session split between inside the home and outside at a nearby park. It was so cute to see I clothed in her fuzzy bunny outfit, which is fitting as Easter is right around the corner.

Golden Newborn Session At Home

Unique Documentary Newborn Photoshoot in Nether Edge, Sheffield
