a yoga teacher and photographer living in Surrey, UK. Besides yoga and photography I love hanging out with cats, going on adventures, and trying to keep my plants alive.

Stay in touch.
I aim to photograph people in poses that are only in their personal practice and represent where they are on their yoga path. There is an artistic element involved with yoga photography, but it’s not necessarily all about fancy shapes that you can make with your body.
A yoga photo session with me is definitely filled with more laughter than you would probably experience in your self practice at home, but it also captures those quiet in between moments where you’re completely in tune with your body and your mind.
– to capture a series of photographs that is authentic to your personal practice.
(Basically, if you can’t do handstands and headstands–that’s cool. I’m not going to force you and we’re also not going to spend 20 minutes to get the “right” shot of you inverted so that it looks like you can.)
What normally happens at a yoga photo session?
I’ll typically ask you to start off with some sun salutes to get your body warmed up and you more comfortable in front of the camera. From there we can go several different ways. You can continue with a self practice, where I simply act as a witness, or we can do specific poses you’d like photographed.
Looking to book a session?
I photograph yoga studios, teachers, and students alike. I photograph beginners and advanced practitioners. If you need photographs to promote your studio, classes, or want some professional photos to share on Instagram or simply want to see how your practice evolves over time through the eyes of the lens. I’m your photographer.
Just like in our yoga practice, no one is alike and we shouldn’t expect everyone to be the same. Whether you’re a big time studio, a home studio with a few classes on, a teacher looking to market with better photos, or a person who simply practices yoga, your needs will be different from someone else.
